Blue Lotus Holistic Fertility and Contraception was born out of a desire to empower women with real knowledge of their bodies. Franchesca’s classes serve as bridges between science and spirit, providing concrete research to put her clients minds at ease around understanding how their fertility and labor process work. Franchesca is passionate about in all aspects of a womens and couples health and is dedicated to educating during all life transitions be it menarche, birth, or menopause.

Franchesca Duval Is Affiliated With The HypnoBirthing® Institute And Upholds Their Standards Of Teaching Excellence. She has been teaching the ever changing material for four years and put it into practice to have a calm empowered home water birth for daughter.
